A starter course in mindfulness
All you need is 15 min a day to get you started with a mindfulness practice. Available for just £79 instead of £119.

Free library drop-in sessions
Come and join our group sittings every Friday at 11am. We gather for 45 minutes to practice together.
This event is self-funded, we welcome donations to help us sustain this offering to the benefit of the community.
When: Every Friday at 11am until 11.45am (no classes during school holidays)

Learn the foundations in mindfulness
A traditional 8-week foundations in mindfulness course (8 lessons) to live with more compassion, peace and resilience for your wellbeing.

Private mindfulness sessions
