Free library drop-in sessions

Come and join our group sittings every Friday at 11am. We gather for 45 minutes to practice together.

This event is self-funded, we welcome donations to help us sustain this offering to the benefit of the community.

Mindfulness for women of colour

An 8-week mindfulness course designed to empower women of colour, foster self-acceptance and dignity. Learning to be comfortable in their own skin, learning self-regulation tools, developing self-determination and affirming the sense of belonging. Participants should be able to quickly call on inner-resources as they feel triggered in order to respond with more strength.
