Responding to the world

The Engaged Mindfulness Initiative aims to explore the potential for mindfulness training to contribute to a world that is compassionate and just. We believe that by cultivating mindful awareness, we dissolve the walls of separation and harness our full human potential to respond and engage in direct or indirect actions that are to benefit of all. We have a sincere commitment to dismantling inequities, and cultivating belonging, diversity, inclusion and equity.

With our practice, we come together as a community and help each other. This is mindfulness and compassion in action.

Our work supports social justice, whether it be for the change makers or marginalised communities. We are always on the look out to support individuals, organisations and new communities. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to start a conversation and introduce mindfulness to your communities at info@navinesgoodspace.com.
